Washington State defensive tackle Austin Brown was arrested at 11:37 Friday night at Wal-Mart on allegation of third degree theft. This marks the third arrest in recent weeks for the WSU football program, as cornerback DaQuawn Brown was arrested Feb. 2 for allegedly driving without a valid operator license and receiver Gabe Marks was arrested Feb. 8 on four charges, on allegations that included fourth degree assault.

Brown is a redshirt freshman from Meridian, Idaho.

WSU coach Mike Leach has harsh consequences for three rules: hitting women, using drugs and stealing, so it will be interesting to see how he handles this situation.
