Silvey Dominguez, a Washington State assistant basketball coach, was arrested for alleged negligent driving at 9:29 p.m. Friday on 100 S. Grand Ave., according to the Pullman Police Department log.

Pullman officer Jake Opgenorth reported that Dominguez struck a parked car, causing the parked car to be pushed into a light pole. Opgenorth reported Dominguez said he blacked out and ended up where he was. Although first arrested for driving under the influence, testing at the police station found a negligible blood alcohol level of 0.004, Opgennorth said.
