A 71-year-old Moscow man has been charged with two felony counts
of video voyeurism stemming from a police investigation that
determined he allegedly secretly videotaped sexual encounters with
a former girlfriend and then left graphic print-out images from
those videos in her current boyfriend's vehicle.
Dallas I. Purnell had been in a relationship with the alleged
victim for 10 months, according to a police affidavit attached to
his charges in Latah County 2nd District Court. In that time, she
told police, she never agreed to being filmed. After the
relationship deteriorated, the woman told police, Purnell had been
stalking her.
