Brief: Co-op to host kombucha workshop

The public is invited to learn how to make kombucha at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Moscow Food Co-op campus location at 822 Elm St.

Those interested in attending should register at www.moscowfood.coop. Registration is free, and Bare Culture Kombucha of Coeur d'Alene will offer kombucha kits for sale.
