Three moose were photographed this morning in a Moscow neighborhood on the east side of the city.
The moose were in a backyard off Itani Drive and photographed by Moscow resident Maria Bode.
The moose were also sighted later in the morning at the nearby University of Idaho Franklin H. Pitkin Forest Nursery on Plant Science Road.
Moose were common sight in and around Moscow last winter, with two moose spending parts of several days in the city's East City Park in mid-February.
At that time, the Moscow Police Department to advise residents to not feed or disturb the animals as they are wild and approaching them could create a safety issue.
