Amy Canfield, a professor of history at Lewis-Clark State College, will present “Divided Loyalties and Tribal Rights: Agriculture and Irrigation at the Fort Hall Indian Reservation,” 5:30-6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Moscow Public Library, 110 S. Jefferson St.
