A 69-year-old Moscow man was taken to a Pasco, Wash., hospital after his vehicle rolled Tuesday night north of the southeastern Washington city.

According to a Washington State Patrol news release, Charles Harris was driving a 2008 Subaru Outback northbound on State Route 395 around 7 p.m. when he reportedly reached for a mobile device, lost control of the vehicle and rolled.

Harris was wearing a seatbelt and was cited for suspicion of second-degree negligent driving. The vehicle was totaled.
