8:27 a.m. — Officers removed a dead magpie at the request of a person on Carolstar and Harvest drives.

8:33 a.m. — A resident on Crestview Street asked an officer to make sure the area was clear of coyotes.

8:51 a.m. — Police, EMS and fire responded to an unconscious person at the Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport.

10:54 a.m. — A person reported children hanging out a first floor window while their mother was smoking in a vehicle on the 300 block of Northeast Terre View Drive. Police responded and determined the children were safe.

12:34 p.m. — An infraction was issued for a vehicle partially blocking a driveway on D Street.

1:35 p.m. — A resident on Larry Street reported a dumpster did not get emptied this week and there was garbage all over the place.

3:23 p.m. — Police were unable to locate children who were reportedly climbing the water tank on Spring and Derby streets.

8:12 p.m. — Items were reported stolen from an apartment on the 2000 block of Northeast Terre View Drive.

10:29 p.m. — Police responded to two juveniles arguing on the 1100 block of South Grand Avenue.

12:58 a.m. — A 20-year-old subject was arrested for suspicion of DUI on the 1200 block of Northeast Valley Road.

1 a.m. — A welfare check was requested on the 800 block of Southwest Windy Point Court.

11:22 a.m. — A sex offense was reported on Bishop Boulevard.

1:47 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a vandalized vehicle on the 800 block of Northeast Providence Court.

4:37 p.m. — A noninjury traffic accident was reported on Tucannon Court.

5:37 p.m. — A welfare check was requested on the 1900 block of Northeast Terre View Drive.

9:48 p.m. — A noninjury traffic accident was reported on the 700 block of Bishop Boulevard.

10:15 p.m. — Police checked the area of Ash and Maple streets for a coyote but were unable to locate the animal.

11:26 p.m. — Police, fire and EMS responded to a possible heart attack on the 600 block of South Grand Avenue.

Sunday

12:05 a.m. — A 26-year-old man was arrested for suspicion of driving with a suspended license on the 300 block of North Grand Avenue.

4:58 p.m. — Police were unable to locate an erratic driver on U.S. Highway 195.

7:46 p.m. — Police were advised of a coyote near the intersection of Monroe Street and Stadium Way.

1:53 a.m. — A noise complaint was made on White Avenue and South Blaine Street.

11:53 a.m. — A noninjury traffic accident was reported near Patty’s Mexican Kitchen and Catering on West Sixth Street.

12:29 p.m. — A dog fight that resulted in minor injuries was reported on North Mountain View Road and East F Street.

12:48 p.m. — A sex offense that allegedly occurred in 2013 was reported on South Garfield Street.

2:34 p.m. — A wallet was reportedly stolen from a vehicle on the 100 block of East Fourth Street.

3:24 p.m. — A 19-year-old woman was cited for suspicion of petit theft after allegedly stealing five items totaling $127 from Ulta Beauty.

3:45 p.m. — A hit-and-run collision was reported on East Seventh and South Main streets.

4:11 p.m. — A hit-and-run collision was reported on West Third and South Almon streets.

9:08 p.m. — A vehicle in the Kibbie Dome parking lot had a window broken out.

11:18 a.m. — A noninjury traffic accident was reported on the 4000 block of East B Street.

1:31 p.m. — A woman reported a man brake checked her and then exited his vehicle and yelled at her on the 1100 block of Blake Avenue.

3:20 p.m. — A 20-year-old man was arrested for suspicion of DUI on the 1100 block of South Main Street.

7:55 p.m. — An individual reportedly used the East Third Street pedestrian bridge that is under construction.

Sunday

9:27 a.m. — Multiple items were reportedly stolen from a vehicle on the 1600 block of Lenter Street.

9:44 a.m. — A 35-year-old woman was taken to Gritman Medical Center for an apparent dislocated ankle after slipping on stairs on the 300 block of Sweet Avenue.

12:58 p.m. — A two-vehicle traffic accident on West Pullman Road near U-Haul Moving and Storage of Moscow sent two drivers to Gritman Medical Center. One of the drivers — a 24-year-old woman — suffered an apparent broken collarbone.

4:02 p.m. — A hit-and-run collision was reported in the Tri-State Outfitters parking lot.

4:14 p.m. — A 64-year-old man reportedly crashed his electric scooter at the Latah County Fairgrounds.

4:41 p.m. — A man’s van reportedly started smoking while he was driving on West A Street. The vehicle then reportedly died suddenly and the vehicle coasted into a parking lot on West A Street and Peterson Drive. Flames and smoke billowed from the main cab and Moscow volunteer firefighters extinguished the flames. No one was injured. Avista Utilities also responded.

7:30 p.m. — A 13-year-old boy on the 900 block of South Washington Street reported multiple people were following him and wanted to beat him up.

7:56 p.m. — A 39-year-old woman was arrested on a warrant at Rosauers.

9:04 p.m. — A man was reportedly walking in the Walgreens parking lot asking for marijuana. Police warned the man.

10:22 p.m. — A 28-year-old man was arrested for suspicion of DUI after crashing a car into a retaining wall on the 500 block of East First Street.

LATAH COUNTY SHERIFF

Friday

5:25 p.m. — A 31-year-old Troy man was arrested for suspicion of DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia on State Highway 8 near Moose Creek Road outside Bovill after a deputy stopped him for allegedly traveling 92 mph.

7:15 p.m. — A 43-year-old Troy woman was arrested for suspicion of battery of a 19-year-old woman on the 4300 block of State Highway 8 near Troy.

9:31 p.m. — A 44-year-old Enterprise, Ore., man was cited for suspicion of driving without privileges on U.S. Highway 95 and Lewis Road near Moscow.

Sunday

10:45 a.m. — A vehicle was reportedly damaged on the 700 block of Larch Street in Potlatch.

5:14 p.m. — A noninjury traffic accident was reported on Rudd Road near Viola.
