Greyhound alum gains national glory

Pullman High alumnus Tom Loucks, who was a two-time 2A state singles champion for the Greyhounds before graduating in 1975, won the USTA National Senior Father/Son Hardcourt Tennis Championships in Claremont, Calif., last weekend with his son, Matthew.

Loucks currently resides in Newport Beach, Calif. The team of Loucks/Loucks saved match points in three consecutive three-set matches en route to the title.
