The Moscow Urban Renewal Agency received three proposals last month for its vacant Sixth and Jackson streets property, MURA Executive Director Bill Belknap told agency commissioners Thursday morning.

One proposal is for a boutique-style hotel with accessory commercial uses and the other two are mixed-use, comprising commercial and residential uses, Belknap told the Daily News.

The applicants will present their proposals at the next MURA meeting Feb. 7. Belknap said he expects the commissioners to select a proposal or reject all three at its Feb. 21 meeting.

Members of the public can comment on the proposals at the Feb. 7 meeting.
