More than 35 residents at Moscow Good Samaritan Village have been sickened by a common virus that causes nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and a low-grade fever. North Central District Health Department epidemiologist Donna Anderson said Good Samaritan officials reported Monday that several residents became ill over the weekend.

The Moscow Police Department believes it is unwise to evacuate school buildings each time there is a bomb threat.
