Brief: Co-op sponsoring bike ride Saturday

The Moscow Food Co-op is sponsoring the Sustainable Summer Bike Ride at noon Saturday. The ride will start at the corner of Fifth and Jackson streets after riders meet at the Co-op.

Riders will bike 1.5 miles to join festival-goers at the Palouse Clearwater Environmental Institute's Sustainable Summer Festival that will showcase sustainable living on the Palouse.

The Co-op will sell pesto rolls and soft pretzels at the festival.
