The guild was established in 2015 to empower nonprofit agencies that support women’s and children’s health, as well as the Pullman Regional Hospital’s highest needs through membership contributions.

During last year’s grant cycle, the guild awarded $10,000 total to agencies including Lauren McCluskey Foundation, Palouse Discovery Science Center, Palouse School Food Pantry, United Way of Whitman County and the Willow Center for Grieving Children, according to the release. The guild has raised and gifted more than $224,000.
