The Idaho Department of Education awarded Moscow School District $45,000 to install vape detectors in Moscow High School’s bathrooms and locker rooms.

The district’s application was among 31 selected by the state, according to a Department of Education letter. Moscow School District will have the opportunity to use funds to install vape detectors in Moscow Middle School.

The district will be required to hold meetings regarding its vape prevention and intervention efforts.
