Palouse Democratic Socialists of America to host democratic candidate forum

Palouse Democratic Socialists of America will host a democratic candidate community forum 6-8 p.m. Thursday in the 1912 Center, 412 E. Third St., Moscow.

Four Democratic candidates will attend - Cristina McNeil, Congressional District 1; Rebecca Cleveland-Schroeder, Legislative District 4; Laurene Sorensen, Legislative District 5; and David Nelson, District 5. The candidates will discuss education, health care and the Idaho economy.

The forum will be moderated by Leontina Hormel from the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at the University of Idaho and Tim Faust, a single-payer and health justice activist with the Democratic Socialists of America.
