Sentencings
Feb. 15 - Angela M. Koep, 30, of Spokane, was convicted of first-degree negligent driving and second-degree negligent driving. She was sentenced to serve one day in jail and 24 months of supervised probation, and she must pay $1,336, $250 of which may be waived in lieu of the equivalent amount of community service. She must avoid alcohol for six months and avoid bars while on supervised probation, and she must also attend a DUI victim impact panel.
Feb. 15 - Remy J. Hudson, 22, of Seattle, was convicted of first-degree negligent driving. He was sentenced to serve one day in jail or 36 hours of community service in addition to 24 months of supervised probation. He must undergo an alcohol and drug evaluation, undergo random alcohol and drug testing, avoid alcohol and bars, attend a DUI victim impact panel and pay $943.
Feb. 15 - Kristen E. Boyle, 30, of Pullman, was convicted of third-degree driving with a suspended license. She was sentenced to serve 12 months of unsupervised probation and pay $568.
Feb. 15 - Matthew S.P. St. Mary, 18, of Othello, was convicted of alcohol possession and second-degree negligent driving. He was sentenced to serve 24 months of unsupervised probation and ordered to avoid alcohol and bars and pay $843, $300 of which may be waived in lieu of the equivalent amount of community service. Sentencing for the alcohol possession charge will be deferred for 24 months or until termination of probation.
Feb. 21 - Adrian Garza, 26, of Clarkston, was convicted of second-degree possession of stolen property. He was sentenced to serve 45 days in jail and pay $4,816.
Feb. 22 - Sergio Rafael Ocequera, 21, of Pullman, was convicted of two counts of third-degree theft. He was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail and pay $700 in fines, plus restitution to be determined at a later date.
Feb. 22 - Andrew T. Linton, 23, of Pullman, was convicted of first-degree negligent driving. He was sentenced to serve one day in jail or 36 hours of community service in addition to 24 months of supervised probation. He must avoid alcohol for six months and avoid bars while on supervised probation, attend a DUI victim impact panel and pay $1,293.
Feb. 27 - Joseph Perry, 45, of Colfax, was convicted of possession of a dangerous weapon. He was sentenced to pay $293, and he must not possess any firearms or dangerous weapons.
March 1 - Britne J. Worl, 23, of Pullman, was convicted of first-degree negligent driving and speeding too fast for conditions. She was sentenced to serve one day in jail or 12 hours of community service in addition to 24 months of supervised probation. She must also avoid alcohol and bars, undergo random alcohol and drug testing for six months, attend a DUI victim impact panel and pay $1,317, $500 of which may be waived in lieu of the equivalent amount of community service.
March 1 - Andrew C. Corona, 23, of Spokane, was convicted of third-degree driving with a suspended license. He was sentenced to serve seven days in jail and 12 months of supervised probation, and he must pay $43.

Thursday
7:16 a.m. - Report of a burglary on the 1200 block of Southwest Hannah Street where residents were awoken by a door being opened but nothing was reported stolen.
8:56 a.m. - A report of stolen, blank checks being cashed on the 400 block of Northeast Maiden Lane.
8:57 p.m. - Pullman High School is handling a report of bullying in the high school locker room.
Friday
1:40 a.m. - Officers arrested a 20-year-old Pullman male on the 600 block of Colorado Street on an outstanding warrant for alleged failure to appear on minor in possession charges and probation violation as well as being a minor allegedly frequenting a tavern and alleged possession of another person's identification.
2:20 a.m. - A report of people taking photos of cars driving by on the 600 block of Northeast Maple Street.
2:18 p.m. - Police, fire and ambulance responded to a vehicle versus bicycle collision on the 1000 block of South Grand Avenue and Southeast Crestview Street, where a vehicle failed to stop for a red light and collided with the back tire of the bike. Bicyclist had scratches and bruises.
3:01 p.m. - A report of scratches to a vehicle's side and hood on the 700 block of Northeast California Street.
4:42 p.m. - Officers arrested two 18-year-old Pullman males for alleged third degree theft and being minors allegedly in possession of alcohol at Walmart.
4:43 p.m. - A report of a severed electrical cord being left in a resident's front yard on the 200 block of Northwest Timothy Street.
10:41 p.m. - Officers arrested an 18-year-old Tacoma male for being a minor allegedly in possession of alcohol and allegedly making false statements about his identity on the 700 block of Northeast Opal Street.
11:48 p.m. - Officers arrested a 19-year-old Pullman male for being a minor allegedly in possession of alcohol.
Saturday
12:21 a.m. - Fire, police and ambulance responded for an intoxicated person who was incoherent and transported to the Pullman Regional Hospital where she was medically evaluated. When later interviewed she had no memory of the events.
2:47 a.m. - A report of a broken window at Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity.
12:22 p.m. - A report of a rock being thrown through a vehicle's windshield on the 800 block of Northeast C Street.

12:34 a.m. - An officer arrested a 20-year-old Omak male for allegedly driving under the influence on the 1200 block of North Grand Avenue.
1:40 a.m. - An officer arrested a 20-year-old Pullman male on the 3000 block of Northeast Terre View Drive and Pullman Airport Road for allegedly driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and violation of ignition interlock driver's license.
7:11 a.m. - An officer arrested a 24-year-old Pullman male for allegedly driving under the influence at McDonald's.
7:40 a.m. - A report of a stolen coat and cell phone at Stubblefields.
3:14 p.m. - A report of a vehicle's rear window being broken the night before on the 700 block of Northeast Oak Street.
4:22 p.m. - A report of a stolen wallet on the 900 block of Northeast Colorado Street.

11:44 p.m. - Police arrested a 40-year-old Moscow man for domestic battery with a child present on the 500 block of Empire Lane.
Saturday
1:36 p.m. - Police responded to CJ's on North Main Street for a report of an unconscious person. A 24-year-old Moscow man alleged to have struck the individual was arrested for disturbing the peace.
2:49 p.m. - Police took a report of someone stomping on the hoods of three vehicles on the 1100 block of West A Street causing an estimated $1,000 each in damage.
10:42 p.m. - Police cited a 20-year-old Moscow man for alleged minor in consumption while on an emphasis patrol. Officers contacted the man after catching him allegedly standing on the fire escape of the Sigma Nu house.
11:49 p.m. - Police cited a 22-year-old Lakewood, Wash., man for driving without privileges on the 300 block of South Main Street.
11:50 p.m. - Police cited two 20-year-olds, a man and woman, for alleged minor in consumption at the Beta Theta Pi house.

1:20 a.m. - Police cited a 24-year-old Moscow man for malicious injury to property after he allegedly broke out a window to a building on the 600 block of Jackson Street.
2:11 a.m. - A woman was transported to Gritman Medical Center with minor injuries after she fell down a flight of stairs at CJ's.
8:16 a.m. - Police took a report from a woman who claimed she found a man trying to break out the steering column of her 1994 Toyota Camry on North Main Street, and he ran away when approached. Officers were unable to locate him.
10:25 a.m. - Officers found a 20-year-old Moscow man sleeping behind the Pike House on Nez Perce Drive and cited him for minor in consumption.

1:16 p.m. - Deputies are investigating a report from a resident on the 1600 block of East Road in Deary who claims someone used his Social Security number to file their taxes.
Saturday
3:07 p.m. - Deputies arrested a 23-year-old Moscow man for alleged DUI on Saddle Ridge Road in Moscow.
6:17 p.m. - Deputies cited a 30-year-old Moscow woman for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia on State Highway 8 in Moscow.
6:48 p.m. - Deputies cited a 26-year-old Troy man for driving without privileges on State Highway 8 in Deary.
7:32 p.m. - Deputies took a report from a mother stating her son's tires were flattened and seat covers to his vehicle stolen while it was parked behind the Kendrick High School.
Sunday
2:16 p.m. - Deputies responded to a report of people target shooting on the side of Tamarack Road in Troy and warned the alleged offenders.
9:12 p.m. - Deputies responded to a reported dispute between two men at a residence on the 1100 block of Auslam Road in Troy. A 28-year-old Troy man was cited for alleged battery, as was a 35-year-old Moscow man who was also arrested on two outstanding warrants from Latah County. He was also cited for alleged trespassing.
