PULLMAN — Pullman police and fire departments will hold the annual Sept. 11, 2001, remembrance ceremony this morning.

The city of Pullman Police Department announced in a Facebook post Tuesday a procession of emergency vehicles will drive through parts of town beginning at 10 a.m.

First responders will then gather at Pullman City Hall around 10:50 a.m. for a special ceremony.

Pullman Fire Chief Mike Heston said each year police officers and firefighters converge to pay homage to the lives lost and those affected by the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
