Moscow High School student receives scholarship

The Idaho Omicron chapter of Alpha Delta Kappa, an international philanthropic teachers' organization, has awarded its annual $300 scholarship to Haley Couture, of Moscow High School. The Moscow women's organization has bestowed scholarships since 1996 to students pursuing a degree in education. Haley will be majoring in elementary education. Over the years the recipients have been from Moscow and surrounding Idaho communities.
