Bryce Jensen, 20, of Moscow, was traveling eastbound in a 1998 Ford Ranger when he crossed the center line, entered the westbound lane and struck a 2015 Toyota Sienna driven by Linda Gilkey, 71, of Moscow. The westbound lane was blocked for about two hours. Both drivers were wearing seat belts.

ISP District 2 Capt. Lonnie Richardson was not aware of the extent of the drivers' injuries and what caused Jensen to cross the center line, but he said the department is investigating.
