Moscow Opportunity School Foundation announced grant awardees

The Moscow Opportunity School Foundation announced recipients of six grants totaling $9,173. The grants support organizations which assist Latah County residents with special needs.

The grants were awarded to the McDonald Elementary School special education program, St. Vincent de Paul for families with intellectually or developmentally disabled children, Milestone Decisions, ReMARKable Eggs, Moscow Rebel Tigers Special Olympics and the Moscow Middle School special education program.

The Moscow Opportunity School Foundation awards grants yearly in December and accepts requests through Nov. 30.
