A 24-year-old Weippe, Idaho, man pleaded guilty Wednesday to raping an underage girl in Juliaetta.
Jason Umphenour is scheduled to be sentenced June 8.

He was arrested for multiple rape charges and sexual battery of a minor for incidents involving a teenage girl in the summer of 2020 and December 2021.
He pleaded guilty to one rape charge and could face up to 10 years in prison.
