Palouse adds 21 cases of COVID-19 this past week

The Palouse closed out 2022 by added 21 new cases of COVID-19 over the past week, according to statistics reported by health officials.

There were 13 new cases in Latah County and eight new infections in Whitman County. The official numbers include only cases confirmed with tests in a hospital or clinic setting; infections found with home tests aren’t included.

No COVID-19 deaths were reported on the Palouse this past week.
