Stacey Swift has been appointed as chairperson of the Pullman Regional Hospital Women’s Leadership Guild.
The guild is a volunteer-led group with more than 40 women philanthropists, who raise funds through grants to support the hospital’s foundation and regional non-profits. Established in 2015, the group has raised more than $265,750 in membership contributions and giving events, according to a news release.
Swift joined the guild in 2017 and has served on the group’s board since 2018.
Swift is the vice president branch manager for Umpqua Bank in Pullman, and has 14 years of experience in banking and leadership, according to the release. She serves on the board of the Rotary Club for Pullman as a vocation committee leader, as well as the allocations committee on the United Way of Whitman County.
She and her husband grew up in Whitman County, and have three children together, according to the release. She and her family run a multi-generational farm in Lamont.
The guild will be holding its annual Girlfriends Gather event at the Washington State University Brelsford Visitor Center on 6 p.m. May 16. All $100 attendee contributions will be given to a regional nonprofit chosen by the guild.
