Sunshine Disposal and Recycling promises to better communicate with its Latah County customers after experiencing service issues.
According to a statement from Sunshine Disposal’s regional manager, Steve Wulf, the company is working to resolve the service issues its customers have been experiencing in its first three and a half months of its contract with Latah County.
This week, it experienced delays in service because of the weather. In an effort to better communicate with the public, the company is adding its email address to the Latah County website, using local Facebook sites to post notifications and adding phone numbers to its route sheets.
“Having phone numbers available on the route sheets will allow us to notify customers of any issues in real time much like the school district does for school closures,” Wulf said in his statement.
