The ZZU Club and Grub on 1525 Northeast Merman Drive in Pullman is for sale for $1.2 million.

The 4,592-square-foot property is now listed on Beasley Realty's website, where it is described as fully equipped with a walk-in locker, deep fryer, grill, oven and portable smoker.

The business underwent a remodel in the winter of 2017 and reopened in January 2018 with a new interior design and new menu.

According to Beasley, it is located near 2,500 multi-family units and two hotels.
