Clara Elizabeth Robinson, age 91, passed away peacefully in Medford, Ore., on Aug. 7, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Elmer Robinson. Clara was born May 3, 1925, to Herberta and William Wilkinson in Philadelphia, Penn., and grew up in Glendale, Calif.
She moved to the San Francisco peninsula after marrying Elmer. The couple also lived in Pullman and Hilo, Hawaii, before relocating to Medford in 1999. Regardless of where she lived however, Clara always contributed generously to her community. She was active in PEO, Kappa Delta Alums, hospital auxiliaries and the United Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her three children, Douglas of Pullman, Scott of Los Alamos, N.M., and Cynthia Wiegand of Parker, Colo.; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service is planned for Oct. 15 at Rogue Valley Manor in Medford.
Clara's constant, loving presence is missed.
