A truck crashed into a power pole in the 800 block of White Avenue Friday evening in Moscow causing what the Moscow Police Department called a "significant power outage" on the east side of the city. There were no injuries reported and Avista crews worked through the night to fully restore power in the area, which was done by 5 a.m. Saturday, according to police.
