After approximately one hour of deliberation and a day-and-a-half long trial, a jury has found former Washington State University football player Robert Barber not guilty of second-degree assault. The jury also found Barber not guilty of fourth-degree assault.

Barber was charged with second-degree assault earlier this year after he was accused of punching a WSU student twice at a party last summer.
