Tuesday

7:19 a.m. - Water was reported coming out of a house on the 1000 block of Northeast Monroe Street. Officers discovered water coming out of a sidewalk. Public Works was contacted.

9:49 a.m. - A suspected burglary was reported at the Delta Epsilon Fraternity house on the 800 block of Northeast Ruby Street.

10:51 a.m. - Water was reported coming out of a house on the 600 block of Northeast Oak Street. A plumber was on the scene when officers arrived.

11:07 a.m. - A complaint of icicles was reported on the 700 block of Northeast Michigan Street. The reporting person was advised to contact their landlord.

4:14 p.m. - A dumpster diver was reported seen on the 1900 block of Northeast Terre View Drive.

5:42 p.m. - Icy road conditions were reported on Northeast B Street.

6:37 p.m. - A domestic dispute was reported on the 1000 block of Southeast Bishop Boulevard.

8:40 p.m. - A 47-year-old Pullman man reported he lost his wallet.

11:03 p.m. - A noise complaint was reported on the 200 block of Southeast Paradise Street.

11:09 p.m. - Two suspicious vehicles were reported in a parking lot on the 300 block of Northeast Spaulding Street. One vehicle was determined to belong there.

  • There were eight noninjury accidents reported Tuesday.

WHITMAN COUNTY SHERIFF

Sunday

6:37 p.m. - A 25-year-old Palouse man was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence in Palouse.

Monday

4:25 p.m. - A 29-year-old Moscow man was cited and released on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

  • There were five noninjury accidents reported Sunday through Tuesday.

WSU POLICE

Sunday

12:33 a.m. - A 19-year-old Puyallup woman, an 18-year-old Rice, Wash., woman, a 19-year-old Everson, Wash., man and an 18-year-old Puyallup man were warned about possession of marijuana on the 1200 block of Southeast Stadium Way.

10:24 a.m. - Two 18-year-old Pullman men were warned for possession of marijuana on the 700 block of Northeast B Street.

9:44 p.m. - Three 18-year-old Pullman women and a 19-year-old Pullman man were warned about possession of marijuana on the 600 block of northeast Veterans Mall.

Monday

9:36 a.m. - An 18-year-old Pullman woman was transported to Pullman Regional Hospital for treatment of an injured knee and ankle.

12:30 p.m. - A 23-year-old Pullman man was arrested on a warrant on the 1300 block of Northeast Cougar Way.

3:05 p.m. - A noninjury collision was reported at Northeast Stadium Way and Northeast Ferdinand's Lane.

2 p.m. - A noninjury collision was reported on the 1400 block of Northeast Terrell Mall.

9:59 p.m. - A 20-year-old Pullman man was arrested on a warrant on the 1300 block of Northeast Cougar Way.

Tuesday

12:11 a.m. - An 18-year-old Pullman woman was transported to Pullman Regional Hospital for alcohol poisoning on the 1300 block of Northeast Cougar Way.

MOSCOW POLICE

Sunday

2:07 a.m. - An individual reported that a man stole a sign from the Corner Club on North Main Street. The sign was returned by the time police arrived.

1:03 p.m. - A small green bucket was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 400 block of College Avenue.

4:30 p.m. - A 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of battery on the 1000 block of North Polk Street Extension.

10:24 p.m. - A woman reported three laptops missing from her residence on the 500 block of Taylor Avenue.

Monday

12:18 a.m. - An individual reported a dog was left in a car on the 600 block of South Main Street. The dog did not appear to be sick or cold.

9:46 a.m. - A carport was reported to have collapsed due to snow on the 400 block of North Almon Street.

9:54 a.m. - A hit-and-run collision was reported on South Home Street.

6:35 p.m. - A 25-year-old man was arrested on Latah County felony warrant at the Corner Club on North Main Street.

8:02 p.m. - A 23-year-old man was cited on suspicion of disturbing the peace on the 1400 block of West A Street.

  • There were five noninjury accidents reported Sunday through Tuesday.

LATAH COUNTY SHERIFF

Monday

5:54 a.m. - An 85-year-old man was transported to Gritman Medical Center for chest pain on the 100 block of North Main Street in Troy.

8:13 a.m. - Deputies investigated a report of neglected horses on the 1200 block of Four Mile Road in Viola.

9:37 a.m. - Animal neglect was reported on the 400 block of Willow Street in Onaway.

12:13 p.m. - A vehicle slide-off was reported on West Cove Road in Potlatch.

1:48 p.m. - A broken down semi-truck was reported blocking a lane of traffic on state Highway 9 in Harvard.

7:56 p.m. - Unlawful entry was reported on the 200 block of East Oak Street in Genesee. A door was reported kicked in but no items were known to have been taken.

11:44 p.m. - A 91-year-old man was transported to Gritman Medical Center for illness and age-related issues on the 1000 block of Spence Road in Moscow.
