Stranger enters Pullman woman's apartment in underwear

A 21-year-old Pullman man was arrested Saturday after a woman alleged finding him wearing only his underwear in her apartment.

Police arrived and arrested Kavan Stoltenow around 3:30 a.m. outside the woman's residence on the 400 block of northeast Morton Street. He was arrested for first-degree criminal trespass.

Pullman Police Cmdr. Chris Tennant said he was highly intoxicated. The woman was unharmed.
